This program combined two modules—Team Box and I’m Picasso—designed for a meeting-room setting. We linked icebreakers, cooperation, and debriefs into one flow so the team could move from unfamiliar to aligned, define roles quickly, and switch into high-collaboration mode.

In Team Box, scenario cards and constraints drive fast rounds of co-opetition, helping members surface strengths, expose gaps, and lock in complementary roles. In I’m Picasso, the team co-creates a time-boxed “portrait of us” (to display back at the office), visualizing mission, values, and commitments to cement trust and rhythm.

This kind of tailor-made pathway is what the Manyu team does best: align activities to goals so everyone contributes their strengths—and carry the day’s agreements back to work for sustained impact.
