Here are the joyful moments of a group of China’s “gardeners of the nation”—our educators.

Since 2023, I’ve served as a partner instructor for Beijing Normal University’s team-building module in its advanced training programs for senior teachers and principals from across China. These outstanding educators gather at BNU to recharge and study. To accelerate learning and melt the “ice wall” before academic discussion, we design engaging ice-breaker activities. Through a handful of cooperative tasks, participants quickly get acquainted, step into a happy learning rhythm, and even take these mini-projects back to their own campuses to enrich the learning environment.

The response has been enthusiastic. As the opening-session instructor for this module, I sincerely wish every diligent, exceptional frontline educator smooth work and students flourishing far and wide.

2023年开始，我成为支持北京师范大学针对全国高级教师及校长的研修班团建项目合作讲师，各位优秀的教育工作者从全国齐聚北京师范大学再次充电学习。为了加快学习进程，打开学术讨论的冰墙，使大家能够快速进入学习进程，特意安排了精彩的团建破冰活动。经过几个小任务的合作，让大家熟络起来，不仅开始了快乐学习，也把这些小项目带回到自己的校园，来丰富学习环境。大家反响热烈，我作为这个培训的首开环节执行老师，由衷地祝愿各位辛勤优秀的教育一线英雄们工作顺心，桃李天下。
