As the planner and on-site ops lead, we aligned venue, routes, and curriculum so participants could switch between nature and culture, and between recharge and upskilling. In five focused days, many teammates tried true “firsts,” made new friends hand-in-hand outdoors, and exchanged frontline service know-how—arriving from many cities, leaving as one team.

Program Architecture · Technical Highlights

• Site logic: altitude & climate suitability, access to transport/medical support, varied terrains (valley/plateau/water) to host distinct training scenarios.

• 5-day capability arc:

  1. Icebreakers & mental warm-up (breath/focus · team portrait co-creation)

  2. Nature class (attention walk) + Service insights (listening/empathy/paraphrasing)

  3. Collaboration challenge (route planning, role split, time-box teamwork, debrief)

  4. Service simulations (customer journey mapping, tough conversations, conflict-resolution SOP) + night learning circle

  5. Sunrise ritual + 3-3-3 action plan (3 now / 3 this month / 3 this quarter)

• Methods & tools: scenario drills, role switch, visual Kanban (task/progress walls), video playback with peer feedback—built for repeatability, measurability, and transfer back to work.

• Safety & logistics: three-tier response (Safety–Lead–Squad), hydration/energy/HR checks and weather contingencies to balance intensity and wellbeing.

Immersion & Outcomes

• Many completed their first in-nature team co-creation/orienteering/long walk.

• Deliverables: a Service Advisor Communication SOP, a tiered emotion-response card, a store-level collaboration checklist, and personal commitment plans.

• Post-event reviews showed clear gains in trust, clarity of expression, and co-solving speed, with both relaxation and re-energizing achieved.

In one line: not a walk-and-done outing, but a five-day upgrade that treats nature as classroom, teammates as coaches, and the self as a work-in-progress.
