My Gear Series Apps Privacy Policy

My Gear Series Apps is a collection of lightweight utility apps designed to help users organize personal gear, setups, checklists, logs, and related records across different activities and equipment scenarios.
We respect user privacy and aim to keep data handling minimal, local-first, and transparent.
Data Collection
My Gear Series Apps does not collect personal data through external servers by default.
Most user-created content, including gear records, setups, trip checklists, logs, spots, notes, and related information, is stored locally on the user’s device and is not automatically transmitted to the developer.
Local Storage
The apps may store user-entered content locally on the device in order to support normal app functions, such as saving gear records, editing logs, maintaining checklists, and preserving app state between sessions.
Unless a future feature explicitly offers export, sync, sharing, or cloud-related functionality, user data remains on the local device.
In-App Purchases
Some apps in the My Gear Series may offer optional in-app purchases, such as unlocking Pro features, unlimited records, export tools, or advanced organization functions.
All payments are processed by Apple App Store. The developer does not receive sensitive payment details such as credit card numbers or billing information.
Restore Purchases
If the app includes paid features purchased through Apple’s App Store, users may use the Restore Purchases function to recover eligible purchases associated with their Apple account, subject to Apple’s policies and availability.
Tracking
My Gear Series does not include third-party advertising SDKs and does not track users across apps or websites.
At this stage, the apps are intended to operate primarily as private personal tools.
Future Features
If future versions introduce online features such as PDF export services, sync, account systems, analytics, website links, or related network-based services, this privacy policy may be updated to reflect those changes.
Children’s Privacy
My Gear Series is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children through external servers.
If you believe information has been submitted improperly, please contact the developer.
Policy Updates
This privacy policy may be updated from time to time based on app updates, feature changes, or legal requirements. Updated versions will be published on the relevant policy page.

我的装备系列应用隐私政策

“我的装备”系列是一组轻量型工具应用，用于帮助用户整理和记录个人装备、套装、出行清单、日志及相关信息，适用于不同运动、户外活动和家用工具等场景。
我们尊重用户隐私，并尽量以本地优先、最少收集、透明说明的方式处理数据。
1. 我们收集的信息
“我的装备”系列应用默认不会通过外部服务器收集用户个人数据。
用户创建的大多数内容，包括装备记录、套装、出行清单、日志、地点、备注及相关信息，通常仅保存在用户设备本地，不会自动传输给开发者。
2. 本地存储
为了保证应用正常运行，应用可能会在设备本地保存用户输入的内容，例如装备资料、日志记录、出行清单、勾选状态以及页面状态等。
除非未来某项功能明确提供导出、同步、分享或云端服务，否则用户数据将主要保留在本地设备中。
3. App 内购买
“我的装备”系列中的部分应用可能提供可选的 App 内购买，例如解锁 Pro 功能、无限记录、导出工具或更高级的整理功能。
所有支付均由 Apple App Store 处理。开发者不会获得您的敏感支付信息，例如信用卡号码或账单信息。
4. 恢复购买
如果应用包含通过 Apple App Store 购买的付费功能，用户可使用 恢复购买（Restore Purchases） 功能，尝试恢复与其 Apple 账户相关的可恢复购买项目。恢复购买的可用性及结果以 Apple 的规则和服务状态为准。
5. 数据分析与追踪
“我的装备”系列当前不包含第三方广告 SDK，也不会跨应用或网站追踪用户。
现阶段，这些应用主要定位为用户个人使用的私人工具。
6. 未来功能
如果未来版本增加联网功能，例如 PDF 导出服务、同步、账号系统、数据分析、网页链接或其他网络相关服务，本隐私政策可能会根据实际功能进行更新。
7. 儿童隐私
“我的装备”系列并非以通过外部服务器主动收集儿童个人信息为目的而设计。
