YIAH Apps Privacy Policy

(YIAH Check-in & YIAH Member App)

YIAH Apps (including YIAH Check-in and YIAH Member App) are developed to support event management and membership services for Yujian International Arts & Heritage Society (YIAH). We respect user privacy and aim to keep data handling minimal, secure, and transparent.

1、Data Collection

YIAH Apps collect only the necessary information required for event participation and membership services. This may include basic user information such as name, email address, and participation records.

All data is stored securely via Supabase infrastructure and is used solely for providing app functionality. We do not sell or share user data with third parties.

2、Data Usage

Collected data is used for:

Managing event registrations and check-ins

Displaying participation history

Supporting membership-related features

Internal operational and administrative purposes

3、Data Storage

Some information may be stored on secure cloud servers (Supabase). Limited data may also be cached locally on the user’s device for performance and usability.

4、In-App Purchases

YIAH Check-in does not include in-app purchases.

YIAH Member App includes optional membership-related in-app purchases, such as membership subscriptions or service access. All payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store.

5、Tracking

YIAH Apps do not include third-party advertising SDKs and do not track users across apps or websites.

We do not use invasive analytics or behavioral tracking technologies.

YIAH Apps are not specifically directed toward children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

         YIAH Check-in 不包含应用内购买。

         YIAH Member App 包含会员相关的应用内购买功能，例如会员服务或相关权益。所有支付均通过 Apple App Store 完成，开发者不会获取用户的敏感支付信息。
